| dc.description | Se realizó un estudio de campo para determinar el nivel de autoestima y motivación en estudiantes de Educación Integral cohorte 99. Se utilizó un cuestionario de selección múltiple para medir niveles de autoestima y tipos de motivación. Los resultados obtenidos indican un alto porcentaje de estudiantes con autoestima baja (60.22%) y motivación de tipo afiliativa (58.8%). Se concluye que el nivel de autoestima puede influir en el tipo de motivación presente en el estudiante, por lo que se recomienda un programa de talleres orientados hacia el crecimiento personal que permitan lograr un cambio de actitud de ese estudiante, futuro docente, formador de niños y jóvenes de este país. | es-ES |
| dc.description | A field study was carried out to determine self-esteem and motivation levels in Education students, class of 99. A multiple-choice questionnaire was used to measure self-esteem level and type of motivation. Results show a high percentage of students with low self-esteem (60.22%) and affiliative motivation type (58.8%). It is concluded that the level of self-esteem can influence the type of motivation showed by the student. A program of courses or workshops oriented to foster students personal growth is recommended, in order to promote an attitudinal change in these students, future teachers, who will train this country’s children and youth | en-US |
