| dc.description | En este artículo se discute el problema del abordaje clínico en pacientes con adicción, sin motivación inicial para tratarse. Se describe el proceso de "entrevistas previas" desarrollando en el contexto de un Programa Ambulatorio de Tratamiento de Adicciones. Este proceso consiste en una serie de entrevistas familiares e individuales, duante un período de uno a seis meses. El objetivo es lograr las condiciones necesarias para comenzar un proceso de tratamiento. Se presenta el análisis de un caso. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article discusses the problem of clinical approach for addicted patients lacking motivation for treatment. It describes the process of “preliminary interviews,” developed in the context of an Ambulatory Addiction Treatment Program. This process consists of a series of family and personal interviews, during a period of time of one to six months. The goal is to achieve the required conditions to start a treatment program.
