dc.description	En el siguiente artículo se exponen algunos resultados de carácter empírico que se han obtenido en el estudio de las motivaciones de los voluntarios españoles que trabajan en el campo del SIDA y del cáncer. Los datos han sido obtenidos mediante el Cuestionario de Motivaciones del Voluntariado, previamente adaptado, fiabilizado y estudiado en su estructura factorial. Los resultados parecen mostrar que la importancia que los voluntarios españoles conceden a los distinos motivos varía según características como la edad, el tiempo de permanecia y el tipo de organización en la que desarrollan sus actividades voluntarias.	es-ES
dc.description	In the following article some empirical results are exposed which have been obtained in a research on voluntary Spaniards who work in the field of AIDS and cancer. The data have been collected by means of a previously adapted Questionnaire of Volunteers’ Motivations. The results show that the importance that the Spanish volunteers grant to different motivations varies according to characteristics such as age, duration and the type of voluntary organization.	en-US
