| dc.description | El proceso de implementación de proyectos y de programas desde diferentes instituciones gubernamentales, en función de la superación de la pobreza, comienza a arrojar antecedentes en el sentido de que no se obtienen todos los resultados esperados.En base a este diagnóstico y en conjunción con políticas de Estado orientadas a la descentralización, es que se ha comenzado a proponer una importante modificación respecto de las formas de trabajo con pobreza. Un aspecto relevante ha sido desarrollar una perspectiva territorial, enfoque que demanda asociar la realidad a un espacio social, institucional y cultural determinando, implementando una acción en conjunto con diversos actores locales. Esta reciente modalidad es denominada Gestión Territorial.Esta temática resulta relevante en tanto crece el interés institucional por aumentar la eficacia de sus políticas y por cuanto sus programas, sujetos a evaluación gubernamental, requieren consolidar un mayor impacto social, vinculado a una mayor sustentabilidad de resultados en el tiempo, dificultad habitual de los políticas sociales. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Projects implemented to radify poverty by various governmental institutions have been discouraged due to the results revealing much less than expected. Therefore, taking into consideration this and in compliance with policies focused on decentralization, important modifications have been proposed on how to approach the task to radify poverty. One relevant aspect has been the development of a territorial perspective, which demands the association of social reality to a specific social, institutional, and cultural space, in order to implement joint actions of different local social actors. We refer to this as Territorial Policy. This issue becomes relevant because of the interest institutions have to improve the efficiency of their policies and programs, which are evaluated by the government. They are in the need of showing greater social impact and results lasting over time, which is a common difficulty of social policies. | en-US |
