| dc.description | El artículo examina el tipo de acción, si comunicativa o estratégica, de la Conversación para la Acción de F. Flores, desde el punto de vista de la Pragmática Universal complementada con la Acción Comunicativa de Habermas. Se profundiza en los antecedentes de la hermenéutica y teoría de actores de habla de la concepción del lenguaje como compromiso implícito en la conversación para la acción. Proponemos una reflexión crítica en relación a las pretnsiones de validez en comparación con las pretensiones de poder. La discusión crítica se refiere a los presupuestos comunicativos o estratégicos del trasfondo en la cultura organizacional. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article examines the kind of action, if communicative or strategic, of F. Flores’s Conversation for Action, from the point of view of Universal Pragmatics, complemented with the communicative action of J. Habermas. In order to deepen in the antecedents, hermeneutics and speech acts theory are considered related to the conception of language as commitment, implicit in the conversation for action. We propose a critical reflection with respect to the presence of validity claims, in comparison with power claims. The critical discussion is about the communicative or strategic assumptions in the background of the organizational culture. | en-US |
