| dc.description | Clarice Lispector, in her stories, offers a unique take on animal lives presenting the reader with a look onto their agency as well as their subjectivity. This can be perceived in the short story "Urna galinha" as well as in the book A vida íntima de Laura. In both of these texts, the author presents ecocritical themes that were somewhat uncommonly seen around the release of said texts in the 60s and 70s.
