El propósito de este artículo es traducir los elementos encontrados en torno a la aplicación de la justicia restaurativa en el derecho laboral como un elemento para concretar el acceso a la justicia y garantizar los derechos sociales. En este contexto, surge el siguiente problema de investigación que marcó toda la extensión del estudio: ¿cuáles son los límites y las posibilidades para implementar la justicia restaurativa en conflictos individuales y colectivos en el campo laboral? Para esta construcción, se utilizó el método de enfoque hipotético-deductivo, el método de procedimiento monográfico crítico y las técnicas de investigación bibliográfica y documental. De esta manera, es posible concluir, preliminarmente, que la justicia restaurativa, aplicada a los conflictos en la justicia laboral, se muestra como una herramienta importante para garantizar el acceso a la justicia y mejorar la prestación de servicios públicos a los ciudadanos, entre ellos, los derechos sociales.The purpose of this article is to translate the elements found around the application of restorative justice in labor law as an element of concretizing access to justice and guaranteeing social rights. In this context, the following research problem arises that marked the entire length of the study: what are the limits and possibilities for implementing restorative justice in individual and collective conflicts in the labor field? For this construction, the hypothetical-deductive method of approach was used, the critical monographic method of procedure was used, and the bibliographic and documentary research techniques were used. In such a way, it is possible to conclude, preliminarily, that restorative justice, applied to conflicts in the labor justice, shows itself as an important tool to guarantee access to justice and to improve the provision of public services to citizens, among them, social rights.
