| dc.description | Se refieren los hallazgos de un estudio con 60 matrimonios pertenecientes a cuatro comunas de nivel socioeconómico bajo en Santiago de Chile. El propósito principal fue investigar la relación inversa entre el grado de concordancia valórica y el grado de satisfacción marital, empleando para ello la teoría de valores de Schwartz (Schwartz & Sagiv, 1995). Los resultados revelaron que no existe suficiente evidencia empírica para afirmar que el grado de concordancia valórica se relaciona con el grado de satisfacción marital. El estudio da cuenta de correlaciones significativas, en los tipos valóricos: estimulación, autodirección, benevolencia, y tradición con ciertas áreas de la satisfacción marital. Finalmente, se discuten los alcances, limitaciones y sugerencias del estudio. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Findings from a study made with 60 matTied couples from four districts with a Iow socioeconomic level in Santiago de Chile are The main purpose was to investigate the relationship between the level of value congruency and the level Of marital satisfaction using the SchwartŽ's value theory (Schwartz & Sagiv, 1995). The results reveled that thcre is not enough empiricai evidence to affirm that the level Of value congruency is related with the level Of marital satisfaction. There were only significant correlations between stimulation, autodirection, benevolence and tradition with sorne ateas of marital satisfaction.
