| dc.description | This essay aims to put the philosophical discussion on infrapolitics (a notion that seeks to think about life on the margins of politics) in dialogue with reflections on extinction, from a multispecies feminist perspective, that engage with life on the margins of anthropocentrism. In so doing, it focuses on the concept of world, hegemonically understood as universal order and the experience of demarcation, which has engendered relationships of domination over the non-human, leading to the current era of extinction. This essay proposes the concept of infraworld as a way of thinking about the margins: a space of cohabitation for the human and nonhuman bodies that have been cast out of the world order and, by extension, politics. In that sense, infrapolitical events project themselves as the germination of a Third Landscape, a factual possibility for the living, in hostile or inhospitable terrain. The infrapolitical, as an infraworld of politics, constitutes itself as a marginal opening in a world shuttered by absolute exchangeability. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente escrito es un intento por vincular la discusión filosófica sobre lo infrapolítico (noción que busca pensar la vida al margen de la política) y las reflexiones sobre la extinción que, desde una perspectiva feminista multiespecie, piensan la vida al margen del antropocentrismo. Para construir este puente, se ha puesto en el centro del debate el concepto de mundo, entendido hegemónicamente como orden universal y experiencia de deslimitación, a partir del cual se articulan múltiples relaciones de dominación sobre lo no humano que han conducido a la actual época de extinciones. En respuesta a ello, se propone el concepto de inframundo como pensamiento de los márgenes, espacio donde co-habitan los cuerpos que, humanos o no, han quedado fuera del orden del mundo y, por lo tanto, de la política. De esta forma, el acontecer infrapolítico es proyectado como geminación en un lugar abandonado, un Tercer paisaje que expresa la posibilidad factual de los vivientes en territorios hostiles e inhóspitos. Lo infrapolítico como inframundo de la política, se constituye como una apertura marginal en un mundo clausurado por la intercambiabilidad absoluta. | es-ES |
