One, from the inside, examines the adequacy of means to the achievement of ends, considering the logic of quantities in and out institutions, as well as the shortage of resources. The other perspective, from outside the educational systems, examines such aspects as: challenge posed by complexity, uncertainty and integration of markets, showing the magnitude of gaps which separate the socializations made by agents, from the newfactors which affect the human experiences of learning to be. | en-US |
