| dc.description | This paper presents different concepts which are related to forms, spaciality and uses which in turn are connected to people's perception of security. Such asociation is based in a semiotic viewpoint of spaciality. Is is postulated that the problem shoud be approached at a social level, promoting security as each and everyone's objetive where urbanization and good manners should meet and stressing urban accesibility as more efficient and with a highter degree of solidarity when compared to the atomization of sale semipublic areas. | en-US |
| dc.description | Se exponen diferentes conceptos que es dable asociar a formas, espacialidades y usos, en relación a la percepción de la seguridad por parte de los ciudadanos. Asociación que se sustenta en un enfoque semiótico acerca de lo espacial. Se plantea que el problema debería abordarse a niveles sociales fomentando la seguridad como objetivo societario al cual concurran "urbanización" y "urbanidad"- con el compromiso inherente a la calidad de ciudadano-, enfatizando la accesibilidad urbana como eficiente y solidaria en comparación con la atomización de áreas seguras de carácter semipúblico. | es-ES |
