The work analyzes and systematizes the case-law of the Chilean higher courts of Justice which protects the “right to education” based on six constitutional rights: 1) the right to life, 2) the right to equal treatment, 3) the right to a due process, 4) the right to have parents to choose their children’s education, 5) the right to property, and 6) the freedom to buy all kinds of goods.El trabajo analiza y sistematiza la jurisprudencia de los tribunales superiores de justicia que ampara “el derecho a la educación” en función de seis derechos constitucionales: 1) el derecho a la vida, 2) el derecho a un trato igual, 3) el derecho a un justo y racional procedimiento, 4) el derecho que tienen los padres a elegir la educación de sus hijos, 5) el derecho de propiedad, y 6) la libertad de adquirir el dominio de todo tipo de bienes.
