Abstract
The purpose of this review the prominence of the discipline of Human Rights in the training of professional law course, particularly with regard to the analysis of situations endowed with complexity and which are characteristic of a plural society, such as the Brazilian society. The new human rights agendas show that they do not allow themselves to be imprisoned in definitive normative content. El objetivo de esta revisión es destacar la importancia de la disciplina de Derechos Humanos en la formación profesional, particularmente en lo que se refiere al análisis de situaciones de complejidad y características propias de una sociedad plural como la sociedad brasileña. Las nuevas agendas de derechos humanos muestran que no se dejan encarcelar en un contenido normativo definitivo. O presente objetiva analisar a proeminência da disciplina de Direitos Humanos na formação do profissional do Curso de Direito, notadamente no que concerne à análise de situações dotadas de complexidade e que são características de uma sociedade plural, a exemplo da sociedade brasileira. As novas pautas de defesa dos direitos humanos demonstram que estes não se deixam aprisionar em conteúdos normativos definitivos.
