En la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Montreal, un dispositivo pedagógico es utilizado en la formación inicial de profesores para facilitar la integración de conocimientos que los estudiantes han adquirido durante los cuatro años de su formación. Estos estudiantes son invitados, durante el último año de su formación, a esquematizar su marco referencial docente y a presentar a sus colegas, en el marco de un minicoloquio que marca el punto final de su formación inicial, un aspecto del mismo. Con su autorización, filmamos ese coloquio y, enseguida, analizamos las presentaciones de dos grupos (36 estudiantes en total). Nuestros resultados confirman la utilidad del portafolio en la integración de saberes y en la conceptualización de un marco referencial suficientemente claro y coherente para ayudarlos a asumir su función docente. In the Faculty of education at the University of Montréal, a pedagogical device, a personal portfolio, is used in the training of teachers to facilitate the integration of knowledge that the students have acquired during the four years of their degree. During the last year of the program, these students are invited to outline their educational frame of reference in the form of an experiential portfolio and present it to their colleagues, within the setting of a seminar that marks the end of this initial degree. Upon their permission, we filmed this seminar and afterwards, we analyzed the presentations of two groups (36 students in total). Our results confirm the effectiveness of a portfolio in the integration of knowledge and the conceptualization of a sufficiently clear and coherent frame of reference to help the students assume their roles as teachers.
