| dc.description | Se exponen los resultados provenientes de un survey social, realizado mediante una encuesta estructurada aplicada a 8 conjuntos residenciales en 4 regiones representativas de una sectorización habitacional de Chile y del número de soluciones implementadas por el Programa de Mejoramiento de Barrios en el periodo 1982-1992, con la finalidad de conocer las relaciones que presentan variables sociales y físico-espaciales con el proceso de desarrollo progresivo. Para ello se elaboró un marco teórico que integra conceptos de la sociología y de la arquitectura en una perspectiva transdisciplinaria. | es-ES |

Such survey was carried out through a structured questionnaire applied 8 residential gropu, in 4 regions representative of a housing sector in Chile and of the number of solutions by the Neighborhood Improving Program (Programa de Mejoramiento de Barrios) in the 1982-1992 period. The aim was to get to know the relationship between the social and physico-spatial variables and the progressive development process. So as to achieve this, a theoretical framework was developed which integrates concepts coming from sociology and architecture n a interdisciplinary viewpoint. | en-US |
