| dc.description | In this short paper, we’ll show the main urban risks at Latin America, the processes that produce a degradation and risks. Then, we’ll go over alternatives suggested by the main actors concerned (involved): local authorities, social organizations, no governmental organizations and universities. We’ll finish with Mexico City example, in wich we develope a study that has permited us to know about local authorities perception of risks and Alvaro Obregon Delegation inhabitants. | en-US |

Luego examinaremos las alternativas propuestas por los principales actores involucrados: autoridades locales, organizaciones sociales, organizaciones no gubernamentales y universidades. Terminaremos con el ejemplo de la Ciudad de México en donde llevamos a cabo un estudio que nos permitió conocer la percepción de las autoridades locales frente a los riesgos y de los habitantes en la Delegación Alvaro Obregón. | es-ES |
