The objectivthe revoe of this research work is to analyze the main causes for requesting The objectivthe revocation of the mandate for citizen participation, to know the respect and guarantee of the right to defend legal assumptions in the process of revocation of the mandate of any popularly elected authority, According to legal regulations, for this, the use of a descriptive and qualitative research was specified as a methodology in which the in-depth explanation of the phenomenon and the problem has been established in the most complete way possible, obtaining the results through observation documentary and in conclusion, we can affirm that all these citizen initiatives have all the inhabitants of the territory where said request is presented as a natural person.Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las principales causales para solicitar la revocatoria del mandato por medio de la participación ciudadana, conocer el respeto y garantía del derecho a la defensa de los presupuestos legales en el proceso de cualquier autoridad de elección popular, de acuerdo a la normativa legal de nuestro país Ecuador,  para ello se precisó como metodología el empleo de una investigación descriptiva y cualitativa en la que se ha establecido de la manera más completa posible la explicación a fondo del fenómeno y la problemática obteniendo los resultados a través de la observación documental y como conclusión, podemos afirmar que todas estas iniciativas ciudadanas o derechos tenemos todos los habitantes del territorio nacional  donde se  presenta dicha solicitud como persona natural.
