| dc.description | La capacidad de acogida de un territorio permite establecer los criterios de ocupación, basado en sus aptitudes físicas y productivas, las que mediante métodos multicriterio, estadísticos, cartográficos y geográficos, apuntan en esencia a tener una base orientadora de limitantes y/o condiciones óptimas de productividad del territorio regional, que se expresan en indicadores mediante potenciales ambientales, lo cual permite orientar el desarrollo sustentable, asegurando los recursos naturales y la productividad para beneficio de las generaciones futuras. Es así como se logra establecer territorios, áreas y lugares con capacidades de acogida desde muy estables consideradas como óptimas para la ocupación y uso, y en el otro extremo aquellas muy inestables o con severas limitantes de utilización, llevado a una escala que permita a los planificadores tomar decisiones certeras en el futuro en torno a la ocupación de los diferentes territorios regionales de Ñuble. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The hosting ability of a territory allows to establish the criteria of occupation, based on its physical and productive aptitudes, which through of multicriteria, statistical, cartographic and geographic methods, aim essentially to have a guiding base of limitations and/or optimal conditions of productivity of the regional territory, which are expressed in indicators by means of environmental potentials, which allows to guide the sustainable development, assuring the natural resources and the productivity for benefit of the future generations.This is how it is possible to establish territories, areas and places with hosting abilities from very stable ones considered as optimal to stay and use, on the other hand those very unstable or with severe limitations of use, led to a scale that allows planners to make accurate decisions in the future about the use of different regional territories of Ñuble. | en-US |
