dc.description	Focused analysis of the semiotics of the void in S. Becketts Waiting forGodot, rooted largely in Aristotles Poetics, and the lead concepts proffered therein. Mythos and Pathos are revealed to over-determine the vision and universe of Beckett’s straddlers, although not fully congruent with the classical sense embedded in these notions. The very quintessence of tragedy, of the absurd, and of language as a process of disarticulation are at the core of this hermeneutical synthesis, which pits and to some extent conjoins convention and post-modernity.	en-US
dc.description	Este análisis enfocado como semiótica de la nulidad en Esperando a Godot de S. Beckett, está profundamente enraizado en la Poética de Aristóteles y en los conceptos más relevantes ofrecidos allí. El mhytos y el pathos son revelados para determinar la visión, experiencia y, por último, el universo de doble significado en Beckett, aunque no completamente congruente con el sentido clásico incrustado en estas nociones. La quiescencia de la tragedia, de lo absurdo y del lenguaje como un proceso de desarticulación se refugia en el núcleo de esta síntesis hermenéutica queopone, y hasta cierto punto ata, la convención y la posmodernidad. Así, se produce una lectura de la diferencia y lo otro, una lectura en la cual la alterabilidad es la única constante	es-ES
