That text discusses a reception of the distinction and the interpretive inconsistencies on the theme of essence from a Scotist perspective. I will present some bio-bibliographic data about the author, followed by a basic structure of the appendix, and finally I present the Briceño’s argument to clarify Pedro Hurtado's position on the relation between essence and existence. | en-US |

Esse apêndice discute a recepção da distinção e as insconsistências interpretativas sobre o tema da essência sob a perspectiva escotista. Apresentarei alguns dados bio-bibliográficos sobre o autor, seguido de uma estrutura básica do apêndice e, por fim, farei o tratamento do argumento de Briceño para esclarecer a posição de Pedro Hurtado sobre a relação entre essência e existência. | es-ES |
