| dc.description | This article presents the distinguishing features in the teaching staff training proposal at the Universidad Maimónides de Argentina. The proposal aims at professionals of various disciplines and tries to foster the commitment towards educational development as well as hierarchize the training of those who work (or wish to do so) within the scope of university and non university higher institutes. Additionally, it attempts to strengthen the professors’ capacity to produce innovative educational projects and their commitment to the social function they assume. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo tiene por objeto presentar sucintamente las características distintivas que posee la propuesta de formación del Profesorado Universitario de la Universidad Maimónides de la República Argentina. El profesorado se dirige a profesionales de diversas áreas disciplinares e intenta abonar al afianzamiento del compromiso con el desarrollo de la educación así como jerarquizar la formación de quienes se desempeñan (o desean hacerlo) en el ámbito de la universidad y en institutos superiores no universitarios. Procura también fortalecer la capacidad de los docentes para producir proyectos educativos innovadores y el compromiso de los mismos con la función social que asumen. | es-ES |
