dc.descriptionDuring the past few years, the Technical-Professional Secondary Education modality has developed in both quantitative (an increasing number of secondary students are choosing it) and qualitative (new learning contents and new teaching models are demanded) terms, giving rise to a significant reduction in the number of qualified teachers for the different educational centres (both secondary and higher). This article aims to present some of the characteristics of the Enseñanza TécnicoProfesional Training Model, for both academic and technical teachers, currently designed at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and further presented to the national educational community.en-US
dc.descriptionDurante los últimos años la modalidad de Enseñanza Media Técnico-Profesional ha tenido un alto grado de desarrollo en términos cuantitativos (cada vez mayor número de alumnos de Ens. Media opta por ella) y cualitativos (se exigen nuevos contenidos de aprendizaje y nuevos modelos de enseñanza), lo que ha generado una disminución significativa del número de profesores calificados en educación, para impartir enseñanza en los distintos centro de formación (secundaria y superior). Este artículo tiene por finalidad presentar algunas características del modelo de formación de docentes técnicos y profesores para la Enseñanza Técnico Profesional que desde la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile se está diseñando, con el fin de presentarlo a la comunidad educativa nacional.es-ES
