| dc.description | The present work tackles the threatening personal measures in the process of execution. The interest is centered on offering an analysis of comparative law to an important part of the traditionally forgotten process of execution yet which is of increasing interest to many European and American legal systems. El interés se centra en aportar un análisis de derecho comparado a una parte importante del proceso de ejecución, tradicionalmente olvidado, pero que es objeto de un interés creciente en muchos ordenamientos europeos y americanos, tanto por el contexto de crisis económica cuanto por la apremiante necesidad de dar cumplida respuesta al efectivo cumplimiento de las obligaciones a través de medidas conminativas y no solo de las obligaciones “in natura”. | es-ES |
