dc.descriptionAfter reviewing the specialized literature on the implementation of decisions issued by international human rights organs and courts, as well as the degree of compliance exhibited by countries of the Inter-American Human Rights System with decisions by the latter, the article analyzes the specific situation of Chile in this domain, addressing how the various segments of the Chilean State implement decisions issued by the Inter-American Human Rights Court and Commission. For this purpose, the study introduces the concepts of "incidences of commitment" and "incidences of resistance" which, on the one hand, contribute to characterize the relationship between the various actors of the Chilean State, and on the other hand, the decisions of the Inter-American System. Finally, the article looks into the institutionalism that Chile has adopted regarding compliance with these decisions.en-US
dc.descriptionLuego de pasar revista a la literatura especializada sobre la implementación de decisiones de tribunales internacionales de derechos humanos por parte de los Estados nacionales, así como el grado de cumplimiento que exhiben los países del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos respecto de sus fallos y otras decisiones, el artículo analiza la situación específica de Chile en este ámbito, abordando la forma en que los diversos órganos del Estado implementan las sentencias y decisiones de la Corte y de la Comisión Interamericanas de Derechos Humanos. Para esto, el trabajo introduce los conceptos de “hitos de compromiso” e “hitos de resistencia”, que contribuyen a caracterizar la relaciónentre los órganos del Estado y las decisiones del Sistema Interamericano. Finalmente, analiza la institucionalidad para la implementación de decisiones internacionales de derechos humanos en Chile.es-ES
