dc.description	This paper explores the proof of redhibitory vices as a typical case of defective provision in the sales contract. The first part reveals how the points that must be proved depend on the position taken on the plurality of actions that the buyer has; it is an aspect in which Chilean justice tends to be deferential with the choices of the buyer. In the second part, the proof of this partial fulfillment is explored like an activity that, even though it's guided by rules, entrusts the decision of the proven facts to the judicial sovereignty.	en-US
dc.description	Este artículo explora la prueba de los vicios redhibitorios como un caso típico de prestación defectuosa en la compraventa. Su primera parte muestra cómo los puntos de prueba dependen de la postura que se tome con respecto a la pluralidad de acciones en manos del comprador, un aspecto en donde la justicia chilena tiende a ser deferente con las apuestas de aquel. En su segunda parte se analiza la prueba de este cumplimiento imperfecto como una actividad que, si bien se guía por reglas, entrega la decisión de los hechos probados a la soberanía judicial.	es-ES
