Los ordenamientos jurídicos expresan, en ciertas ocasiones, adscribir a determinados principios, cuestión de la que se puede estar de acuerdo con una simple e insular lectura de sus normas. No obstante, a la hora de detectar la racionalidad de un sistema, en el nivel de los principios que subyacen en su contenido normativo, pueden detectarse antinomias e incongruencias difíciles de justificar.es-ES
