The first one analyzes the concept and main features of the action of lex Aquilia, stressing the criminal nature of it and the interpretations derived from the different thesis ofthe third chapter. En la primera se analiza el concepto y las principales características de la acción de la lex Aquilia, deteniéndonos especialmente en la naturaleza penal de la misma y las lecturas que se derivan desde las distintas tesis del capítulo tercero. En la segunda parte, se estudia el desarrollo decretal de la acción, mediante las acciones in factum y las útiles, deteniéndonos en la gran discusión que la doctrina romanista mantiene sobre su concepto, sin pretender adentrarnos en los casos en los que se desarrolló la acción. | es-ES |
