| dc.description | This article reflects on the invisibility of migration and the refuge of LGBT+ people, a fact that causes a series of risks and violence against those bodies, making them the most vulnerable in the migration process. Thus, based on the concepts of precariousness and “precarity” by Judith Butler, necropolitics by Achulle Mbembe and sexual democracy by Eric Fassin, this article seeks to reflect on how the invisibility and absence of public policies for LGBT+ migrants and refugees intensify their vulnerability in times of crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, with a critical view this text describes the trajectory of migration studies, approaching the invisibility of dissident heteronormativity and cisnormativity or cissexism, the international and the Mexican legal framework on the protection of transnational migrants and LGBT+ refugees, pointing out how riskier and most vulnerable the scenery of global health crisis are for LGBT+ migrants. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo reflexiona sobre la invisibilidad de las migraciones y el refugio de las personas LGBT+, un hecho que provoca una serie de riesgos y violencia contra esos cuerpos, convirtiéndolos en los más vulnerables en el proceso migratorio. Así, a partir de los conceptos de precariedad y “precarización” de Judith Butler, de necropolítica de Achille Mbembe y de democracia sexual de Eric Fassin, buscamos reflexionar sobre cómo la invisibilidad y la ausencia de políticas públicas para migrantes y refugiados LGBT+ intensifican su vulnerabilidad en tiempos de crisis, como el de la pandemia de Covid-19. Así, el texto relata un poco de la trayectoria de los estudios sobre migración, de la invisibilidad de los cuerpos sexo-genéricos disidentes de las normas heterocentradas y cisexistas, del marco legal internacional y mexicano sobre la protección a los migrantes transnacionales y refugiados LGBT+, y como todo eso puede señalar más riegos y vulnerabilidad para los migrantes LGBT+ en tiempos de emergencia sanitaria del Covid-19. | es-ES |
