| dc.description | En este trabajo propongo concebir la argumentación visual como una forma de cognición distribuida y extendida. Para fundamentar esta pretensión, se discute algunas bases cognitivas sobre el funcionamiento del acto perceptivo, así como también el complemento explicativo que entrega la perspectiva wittgensteiniana respecto de la noción de ver como. Parte importante del trabajo se centra en dar ejemplos reales de usos de argumentos visuales para mostrar que la idea de la argumentación visual en tanto cognición extendida y distribuida se manifiesta como un recurso inteligente de depositar en el ambiente argumentos potenciales para usos posteriores, y así reducir el costo del procesamiento mental individual. | en-US |
| dc.description | In this paper I propose to perceive visual argumentation as a distributed and extended form of cognition. To support this claim, some cognitive bases on the functioning of the perceptive act are discussed, as well as the explanatory complement that gives the Wittgensteinian perspective regarding the notion of seeing as. An important part of the work focuses on giving real examples of uses of visual arguments to show that the idea of visual argumentation as extended and distributed cognition manifests itself as an intelligent resource to put in environment potential arguments for posterior uses, and thus reduce the cost of individual mental processing. | es-ES |
