ResumenEntre los sectores económicos más importantes del país está el de la construcción, base de la economía y uno de los más sensibles a los cambios globales. Las empresas constructoras gozan de importantes beneficios de índole tributaria denominados franquicias, estos beneficios tienen como finalidad eliminar las desventajas tanto económicas como sectoriales. Las empresas deben conocer todas las franquicias plasmadas en las leyes tributarias y aprovecharlas al máximo, por lo tanto es necesario comprender sobre tributaria y saber que medios se pueden usar para de aprovechar esto. En este trabajo se propone dar a conocer un poco de conocimiento tributario, pero aun más importante, ayudar a comprender la relevancia de las franquicias tributarias.AbstractThe building business is one of the most important economic sectors, basis of the economy and one of the most sensitive to global changes. The construction companies enjoy important tax advantages labelled franchises. These benefits are designed to eliminate both economic and sectoral disadvantages. These companies must know all the exemptions set forth in the tax laws and how to get the best of them. Therefore it is necessary to understand the tax laws and to know about the means that can be used to take advantage of this. This study is entended to give tax knowledge, but even more important, to help understand the relevance of tax franchises.
