| dc.description | La presente contribución tiene por objeto examinar y describir la génesis y la elaboración de los Nuevos Ensayos sobre el entendimiento humano de Leibniz (1704 (?)). El interés de este estudio recae no sólo en transparentar la articulación histórica y teórica en que tienen lugar las etapas que preceden la redacción misma de los Nuevos Ensayos de Leibniz -equivalente a un período de casi diez años y que coincide con el punto de arranque de la maduración definitiva de su filosofía-, sino también en atenuar la connotación estrictamente epistemológica que suele atribuírsele a dicha obra, subrayando las motivaciones metafísicas y teológicas que lo impulsaron a redactarla en respuesta al Ensayo sobre el entendimiento humano de Locke (1690). | es-ES |
| dc.description | This contribution aims to examine and to describe the spring and elaboration of Leibniz’s New Essays on human understanding (1704 (?)). The interest of this study rests not only in attempting to reveal the historical and theorical articulation in which stages that precede the redaction itself of Leibniz’s New Essays take place -and which correspond to an almost ten-years period that coincide with the beginning of the late maturation of Leibniz’s philosophy-, but also in mitigating the strictly epistemological connotation that used to be attributed to, underlying the metaphysical and theological motivations Leibniz had to write his book in reply to Locke’s Essay concerning human understanding (1690). | en-US |
