| dc.description | This article aims to describe and analyze the main policies, framed in the model of market-driven education, which have had a direct impact on teacher’s labour. For which a revision of the main legislations addressed to teachers between the years 1978-2016 was carried out. This, in order to respond to the main purpose of analyzing the context in which the latest teaching legislation is generated, and in this way to be able to visualize the legal and cultural basis that sustains the current regulations. The methodology used was based on a historical study of a descriptive analytical type, based on the use of primary and secondary sources. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo se propone describir y analizar las principales políticas, enmarcadas en el modelo de la educación de mercado, que han incidido directamente en el trabajo docente. Para lo cual se realizó una revisión de las principales legislaciones dirigidas al profesorado entre los años 1978-2016. Para responder al propósito principal que es analizar el contexto en el que se genera la última legislación docente, y de esta manera poder visualizar la base legal y cultural que da sustento a la actual normativa. La metodología empleada se sustentó en un estudio histórico de carácter analítico descriptivo, basado en el uso de fuentes primarias y secundarias. | es-ES |
