In this research, the supply chain is approached as a functional process for organizations in terms of its operability and how they generate value through their processes. Its objective is to measure the conditions for the efficient management of the supply chain in the tobacco industry in Honduras. The methodology is exploratory and descriptive; A 3-level Likert-type measurement scale was applied. The scale was applied to 91 employees of the 13 factories registered with the Association of Tobacco Producers in Honduras (Aprotabacoh). In the results, it was found that there is a correlation between the study variables and the weightings of the statistical analysis of the reagents, concluding in the verification of the hypotheses that all were accepted, establishing an adequate measurement of the supply chain that contribute to the operation of the industries. tobacco processors in Honduras.En esta investigación se aborda la cadena de suministro como un proceso funcional para las organizaciones en función de su operatividad y de cómo generan valor por medio de sus procesos. Tiene como objetivo medir las condiciones para la gestión eficiente de la cadena de suministro en la industria del tabaco en Honduras. La metodología es de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo. Se aplicó una escala de medida tipo Likert de tres niveles. La escala se aplicó a 91 empleados de las 13 fábricas registradas a Asociación de Productores de Tabaco en Honduras (Aprotabacoh). En los resultados se comprobó que existe correlación entre las variables del estudio y las ponderaciones del análisis estadísticos de los reactivos. Se concluyó, con la comprobación de las hipótesis, que todas fueron aceptadas estableciendo una adecuada medición de la cadena de suministros que contribuyen al funcionamiento de la industrias procesadoras de tabaco en Honduras.
