| dc.description | This paper aims at the recollection of theoretical elements which would enable for an adequate definition of citizen's security at the level of poor residential groups resulting from state policies. Such purpose is faced from a new interdisciplinary and systemic viewpoint which tries to develop a socio-spatial perspective aiming at overcoming the reductions which characterize the classical studies on the topic which give emphasis unilaterally either to physical or spatial variables. The community is defined, in a preliminary way, as a self -referent system which starting from is own communicative selections is able to face the problem of insecurity in residential areas. Some socio-physical conditioners which help to place and understand in a more integral way the dynamics and complexity of this phenomena, are here stated. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo pretende reunir elementos teóricos relevantes, que contribuyan a una definición adecuada del fenómeno de la seguridad ciudadana a nivel de los conjuntos residenciales de pobreza urbana producto de la acción del Estado. Dicho propósito se enfrenta desde una nueva perspectiva que, desde un planteamiento transdisciplinario y sistémico, procura desarrollar un enfoque socioespacial, que pueda superar los reduccionismos que caracterizan a los estudios clásicos sobre el tema que han enfatizado unilateralmente viables físicas o sociales. En forma preliminar se define a la comunidad como un sistema autorreferente que a partir de sus propias selecciones comunicativas puede ser capaz de enfrentar el problema de la inseguridad del medio residencial. Además se delinean algunas condicionantes sociofísicas que contribuyen a situar y comprender de manera más integral el dinamismo y complejidad que presenta este fenómeno. | es-ES |
