| dc.description | The public space and its common space are essential to improve the quality of life and one of the indispensable urban elements constitutes to achieve the consolidation of the neighborhood and its integration to the city. This means to create surfaces and spaces that provide to the individuals exchange opportunities, places of rest and recreation, allowing the development, a condition and perception of the atmosphere, that which depends, in great measure, of the organization and capacity deploy by a community. In this sense, the states and other institutions will settle down and to facilitate mechanisms, instruments I means that allow to foresee, to prepare or to reserve areas whose potential as future space public this chord to the preferences and necessities felt by most of the inhabitants contributing this way, to create a structure urban chord with the process of growth and development of these establishments, toward the future rehabilitation on the space neighborhood. | en-US |
| dc.description | El espacio público y su espacio comunitario son esenciales para mejorar la calidad de vida y constituye uno de los elementos urbanos indispensables para lograr la consolidación del barrio y su integración a la ciudad. Esto significa crear superficies y espacios que proporcionen a los individuos oportunidades de intercambio, lugares de descanso y recreación, permitiendo el desarrollo, acondicionamiento y percepción del ambiente, lo cual depende, en gran medida, de la organización y la capacidad desplegada por una comunidad. En este sentido, los Estados y otras instituciones deberán establecer y facilitar mecanismos instrumentos y medios que permitan prever, disponer o reservar áreas cuyo potencial como futuro espacio público este acorde a las preferencias y necesidades sentida por la mayoría de los habitantes, construyendo así, a crear una estructura urbana acorde al proceso de crecimiento y desarrollo de estos asentamientos, hacia la futura rehabilitación del espacio barrio. | es-ES |
