dc.description	The present article in concern with the origin and intended to elucidate the nature of the human rights from the analysis of the Declaration of the Rights of the Man and the Citizen, and the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America. t has as estimated that these important documents if base on the liberal principles, and if they constitute with the base of the Declaration of the Rights of the Men, of 1948, ONU.	en-US
