dc.descriptionThe present article proposes the necessity to include in the formation of Social Workers, different theoretical perspective for the work with families. The main arguments of the systemic perspective, where they converge with the theory of the familiar development, the familiar systems and the ecology of human development. The constructionism includes the perspective of the families seen like social construction and the critical theory that it centers his analysis in the sort approach. On the other hand, in the perspective interactionism, the main elements of the symbolic interactionism are reviewed, of the theory of the conflict and the interchange. Finally proposing the epistemological base that is considered more suitable for the study of the families from each one of the preceding theories, all it with the purpose of extending the strategies of familiar intervention that are transmitted traditionally to the students from a systemic perspective.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artí­culo propone la necesidad de incluir en la formación de Trabajadores Sociales, diferentes perspectivas teóricas para el trabajo con familias. Para ello se revisan los principales argumentos de la mirada sistémica donde convergen la teorí­a del desarrollo familiar, de los sistemas familiares y la ecologí­a del desarrollo humano. Mientras que en el enfoque construccionista, se incluye la perspectiva de las familias vistas como construcción social y la teorí­a crí­tica que centra su análisis en el enfoque de género. Por su parte, en la perspectiva interaccionista se revisan los principales elementos del interaccionismo simbólico, de la teorí­a del conflicto y del intercambio. Proponiendo finalmente la base epistemológica que se considera más adecuada para el estudio de las familias desde cada una de las teorí­as precedentes, todo ello con la finalidad de ampliar la mirada acerca de las estrategias de intervención familiar que se transmiten a los estudiantes en los programas de formación en las universidades chilenas, desde un enfoque sistémico.es-ES
