dc.description	After the war of the Pacific, a belic event that was fought between the years 1879 and 1883, the Peruvian Republic territories were under military occupation by the Chilean Republic. Lima and Callao were some of the cities under Chilean domination. For the justice administration of those territories a provisional judicial authority was established. In this work we will reflect about certain particularities about certain Chilean procedural organic and substantive rules applicability within the Peruvian territory.	en-US
dc.description	Tras la Guerra del Pacífico, episodio bélico que fue librado entre los años 1879 y 1883, la República de Chile ocupó militarmente territorios de la República del Perú. Lima y Callao fueron algunas de las ciudades peruanas bajo dominación chilena. Para la administración de justicia en aquellos territorios fue establecido un Poder Judicial provisorio. Se dará cuenta en este artículo de ciertas notas sobre la vigencia de las normas procesales chilenas orgánicas y funcionales en territorio peruano.	es-ES
