Abstract
There are various metabolic disorders those are faced by people when they enter the high-altitude region for a temporary period. The permanent residences of such regions are adapted to this habitat by birth but the majority of issue is faced by the once who belongs to the plain’s region. The major reasons for these disorders are due to differences in the atmospherics conditions like the air density, oxygen level, UV exposure, hardness of water etc. It takes a few days or weeks (subjective from person to person) to get acclimatized to such conditions. The major as well common disorders include hypertension, breathlessness, blood pressure fluctuation, skin irritation, eye watering etc.Keywords- acclimatized, hypertension
