dc.description	The recently introduced concept of "Necessary Adequacy" in the ongoing labor reform represents an important interpretative challenge. In order to obtain a resolution to this problem, the fundamental rights in conflict of both striking workers, non-strikers, employers and the general public are analyzed. All of this together with the study of the Spanish experience in relation to the right to strike and the prohibition of replacing strikers. Finally, a critical revision of the reform and a solution are proposed	en-US
dc.description	El recientemente introducido concepto de “Adecuaciones Necesarias” en la reforma laboral en curso representa un desafío interpretativo importante. Para obtener una resolución a dicha problemática se analizan los derechos fundamentales en conflicto, tanto de los trabajadores huelguistas, no huelguistas, empleador y público en general. Ello junto con el estudio de la experiencia española en relación con la huelga y la prohibición de sustituir huelguistas. Finalmente, se propone una revisión crítica al proyecto de ley y una propuesta de solución.	es-ES
