| dc.description | Architectural certainties, language and expression mechanisms. “Weltanschauung” (world view) and social interactions, the understanding of reality. Both are influenced by the unavoidable presence of time. Time removes definitions, incorporates new emphasis, eliminates parameters that once seemed permanent. The architecture developed after the modern movement, is a confirmation of the mobility of patterns and the inevitable link between the work and its field of insertion: From the recognition of the common taste, to the assessment of “taste” dictated by commercial strategies; from the reinvention of what’s popular to the conception of work that seeks to surprise and disappears once the novelty wears off; from symbolism to the absence of form; from the recovery of the symbolic and the significant, to the will of the market. | en-US |

Ambas instancias, parecen finalmente trastocadas por la presencia inexorable del tiempo, removiendo definiciones, incorporando acentos yeliminando parámetros que parecían permanentes. Las respuestas arquitectónicas posteriores al movimiento moderno, nos confirman la movilidad de los patrones y el nexo inevitable entre la obra y su campo de inserción. Del reconocimiento del gusto común, a la valoración del gusto dictado por estrategias comerciales, de la reinvención de lo popular a la concepción de obras que navegan en busca de la sorpresa y desaparecen al abandonar la novedad.
