dc.descriptionThe purpose of the present study was to analyze the pertinence of the content of the MOBAK Battery to assess the development of the curricular motor skill-related aims established for Physical Education class. An exploratory methodology was adopted to establish the content validity in three phases: Conceptualization of motor skills; content validity index (CVI) established by panel of experts; and a survey for physical education teachers. The results indicate that there are differences of categorization but not of conceptualization in the description of motor skills presented in the curriculum and in the MOBAK Battery. The content validity index establishes a high level of reliability (CVI=0.81). The teacher survey indicates a high pertinence of motor tasks with regard to learning objectives. The MOBAK Battery results to be a valid instrument to diagnose and monitor the development of motor skills in Physical Education class.en-US
dc.descriptionEl propósito del presente estudio fue analizar la pertinencia del contenido de la Batería MOBAK para evaluar el desarrollo del eje de objetivos de habilidades motrices, establecidos para asignatura de Educación Física. Se adoptó una metodología exploratoria para establecer la validación del contenido en tres fases: Conceptualización de habilidades motrices; índice de validación de contenido (IVC) por comité de especialistas; y encuestas a profesores de Educación Física. Los resultados indican que en la descripción de las habilidades motrices presentada en las Bases Curriculares y en la Batería MOBAK existen diferencias de categorización, pero no de conceptualización. El índice de validez del contenido establece un alto nivel de confiabilidad (IVC=0,81). La encuesta a profesores indica una alta pertinencia de las tareas motrices con los objetivos de aprendizaje. La Batería MOBAK se presenta como un instrumento válido para diagnosticar y monitorear el desarrollo de las habilidades motrices en la asignatura de Educación Física.es-ES
