Abstract
This paper aims to address the problem of the State's obligation to guarantee the fundamental rights contained in article 19 of the Constitution, in particular economic and social rights (hereinafter also "Social Rights"). En el presente trabajo se pretende abordar el problema de la obligación del Estado de garantizar los derechos fundamentales contenidos en el artículo 19 de la Constitución, en particular los derechos económicos y sociales (en adelante también "Derechos Sociales”)
