dc.descriptionThe popular revolt in Chile that begins on October 18, 2019 is the result of a deep political and social crack showing a crisis of the representativeness of the traditional institutions. Inspired by this historical juncture, the current text explores a philosophical analysis about what characterizes an institution: an abstract entity that emerges on the human relationships from a symbolic decoding of the world according to shared rules and customs. However, the institutionality takes a particular modern condition from what I call a legislative-architecturalreason. Since Descartes and his architectonic metaphor of knowledge, the subject institionalizes itself as self-sufficient reason that legislates on both itself and nature under the ideals of control and order. Nevertheless, the self in crisis cannot avoid the leaks of its own self-regulation as a process of des-institusionalization of itself. This, underlying on the social crisis in Chile, has triggered a popular resignification of the traditional institution and the open possibility in the self to reconfigure the pre-institutionalized world that precedes it as a form to reborn.en-US
dc.descriptionLa revuelta popular en Chile iniciada el 18 de octubre de 2019 es el resultado de una profunda grieta política y social que muestra una crisis de representatividad de las instituciones tradicionales. Inspirado en esta coyuntura histórica, el presente texto explora un análisis filosófico sobre lo que caracteriza a una institución: una entidad abstracta emergente en las relaciones humanas a partir de una decodificación simbólica del mundo de acuerdo con reglas y costumbres compartidas. Sin embargo, la institucionalidad adquiere una condición particularmente moderna a partir de lo que denomino una razón arquitectónicalegislativa.Con Descartes y su metáfora arquitectónica del conocimiento, el sujeto se auto-institucionaliza como una razón autosuficiente que legisla sobre sí misma y la naturaleza bajo ideales civilizatorios de control y orden. No obstante, el sujeto en crisis no puede evitar las fugas en su propia regulación como un proceso de desinstitucionalización de sí mismo. Esto, que subyace a la crisis social en Chile, ha originado una resignificación popular de la institucionalidad tradicional y la posibilidad abierta en el sujeto de reconfigurar el mundo pre-institucionalizado que lo antecede como una forma de volver a comenzar.es-ES
