| dc.description | This paper reviews the Jesuit sources of the proposal for coaching formulated by an interdisciplinary team from Alberto Hurtado University, with which team members seek to contribute to organizational development from a coaching approach that encompasses the contributions of this subdiscipline and the values of Jesuit Social Christianity. The study focuses on the vision and values that emerge from Jesuit history and that contribute to managers and members of organizations that seek to bring about transformations with a continental view. This perspective will be analyzed in terms of the values that inspire the five main dimensions or axes in which Alberto Hurtado University’s coaching approach is articulated: an integrative-pluralist, relational-constructionist, appreciative-hopeful and systemic-strategic approach towards results, change and well-being. | en-US |
| dc.description | En el escrito se revisarán las fuentes jesuíticas de la propuesta de un “coaching hurtadiano” formulado por un equipo interdisciplinario de la Universidad Alberto Hurtado, con lo cual buscan aportar al desarrollo organizacional desde un enfoque de coaching que abarca los aportes de esta sub disciplina en formación con los valores del cristianismo social jesuita. El estudio se focaliza en la visión y valores que se desprenden de la historia jesuita y que contribuyen a directivos y miembros de organizaciones que buscan transformaciones con mirada continental. Dicha perspectiva se analizará en base a los valores que inspiran las cinco dimensiones o ejes principales en que articulan el enfoque de coaching de la Universidad Alberto Hurtado: enfoque integrativo-pluralista, relacional-construccionista, apreciativoesperanzador y sistémico-estratégico hacia los resultados, el cambio y bienestar. | es-ES |
