| dc.description | This article tries to explain the role that social resources play in the development of communities from the perspective of Human and Social Capital, and how an increasing geographic concentration (urbanization) has influenced their performance. Lastly, through the introduction of micro-econometric aspects, it aims to explain the inequality of this kind of growth using a performance measuring model and modeling for this kind of social resources. The paper is structured as follows: the first part includes a review of concepts related to concentration; this is followed by an analysis of the relationship between human capital and growth, and definitions of social capital and its significance. | dc.description | Este artículo intenta explicar el rol que juegan los recursos sociales en el desarrollo de las comunidades desde un punto de vista del Capital Humano y Social. Además, de qué manera la creciente concentración geográfica (urbanización) ha influenciado en su desempeño. Por último, a través de la introducción de aspectos microeconométricos se pretende a través de un modelo de medición del desempeño y modelación para este tipo de recursos sociales, explicar la inequidad de este tipo de crecimiento. Este trabajo se estructura de la siguiente forma: en la primera parte se revisarán algunos conceptos de concentración, posteriormente se analizará la relación entre capital humano y crecimiento, para continuar con las explicaciones y alcances del capital social.
