This work aims to show how Honduran teachers live and face the violence of government power. This study started from the qualitative paradigm, specifically the biographical-narrative method. The strategy used to obtain the information was the narrative documentation of pedagogical experiences, whose dimension configures the axis of documenting and publicizing the teaching experience. Finally, the narrative analysis was put into practice, which allowed the elaboration of three stories that reflected the phenomenon. The investigation revealed that Honduran teachers live in constant stalking through coercion and an internal and external force composed of threats, physical attacks, discrimination, segregation and disqualification. They faced the attacks through group support among teachers, support from teachers' organizations and their self-regulation capacities. In short, a physical and psychological educational atmosphere was established that led to a flagrant violation of human rights that is the remnant of a political crisis.El propósito de este trabajo es mostrar cómo viven y afrontan la violencia del poder gubernamental los docentes hondureños. Este estudio partió del paradigma cualitativo, específicamente del método biográfico-narrativo. La estrategia utilizada para la obtención de la información fue la documentación narrativa de experiencias pedagógicas, cuya dimensión configura el eje de documentar y tornar pública la experiencia docente. Se puso en práctica el análisis narrativo que permitió elaborar tres historias que reflejaran el fenómeno. Los hallazgos de la investigación revelaron que, los docentes hondureños viven un acecho constante, por medio de la coacción y fuerza a lo interno y externo compuesto de amenazas, atentados físicos, discriminación, segregación y descalificación. Afrontaron los embates a través del apoyo grupal entre docentes, respaldo de organizaciones magisteriales y sus capacidades de autorregulación. En definitiva, se estableció una atmósfera educativa física y psicológica que desemboco en una flagrante violación a los Derechos Humanos que es remanente de una crisis política.
