This article had a purpose to raise awareness of the existing problematization brought about the rise of new technology and cyber crime network in the appearance, mass, distribution and marketing of child pornography on the Internet. The main purpose of this study is to examine existing standards and developments regarding the concept itself of Cybercrime and international legal standards governing crime network, and then make proposals to ensure the proper use of the Internet in terms of Exploitation Commercial Sexual Child. The purpose of this article is to allow an approach to issues and concepts related to the rights and cybercrime network, so that different political and social actors may have a small insight into this virtual reality and can take part in building and defense of cyberspace, allowing the development of a global world.Este artículo tiene el propósito de dar a conocer la problematización existente que ha traído consigo el auge de las nuevas tecnologías y los delitos informáticos en red en la aparición, masificación, distribución y comercialización de la pornografía infantil en Internet. El propósito fundamental de este estudio es examinar los criterios y avances existentes en cuanto al concepto en sí del Cibercrimen y las normativas jurídicas internacionales que regulan los delitos en red, para luego hacer propuestas que garanticen el buen uso de la Internet en cuanto a la Explotación Sexual Comercial Infantil. La finalidad de este artículo es permitir un acercamiento a temas y conceptos vinculados con los derechos en la red y el cibercrimen, a fin de que los diferentes actores políticos y sociales puedan tener una pequeña visión de esta realidad virtual y puedan tomar parte en la construcción y defensa de un ciberespacio que permita el desarrollo de un mundo global.
