dc.descriptionThe organizations -public or private, opened or closed- are strongly characterized for the communicative flows that privilege and exclude.The official speech (assigned as ¿well-said¿) is the space of reaffirmations of the ideological and the strategical intentions of the organizations. However, ¿not-said¿, communicative structure that we know as gossips and rumors, they constitute a phenomenon to the part of the scientific studies of the organizational communication.In this work, we explore the images that populate the imaginary organizational and they gain materiality in structures subversive narratives, disabled to appear in the organizational scene.es-ES
