| dc.description | A synthesis of the exploratory study of textiles is presented through the iconography painted on ceramic vessels of the Chilean Diaguita culture, distinguishing a feature that corresponds to the neckline of a shirt or blanket with a decorated band arranged horizontally under the apex of the neck. This clothing feature was also identified in shirts from archaeological sites of the Angualasto culture in San Juan, Argentina, providing possible technical evidence for the reconstruction of the textiles used by Chilean diaguitas, of which there is no information in the archaeological record in Chile. | en-US |
| dc.description | Se presenta una síntesis del estudio exploratorio de representaciones textiles en la iconografía cerámica de la cultura Diaguita Chilena. Particularmente, se distingue un rasgo que corresponde al escote de una camisa o manta, con una banda decorada dispuesta horizontalmente bajo el vértice del cuello. Este rasgo de vestimenta fue identificado en camisas de sitios arqueológicos de la cultura Angualasto, en la provincia de San Juan, Argentina, el que entrega evidencias técnicas posibles para la reconstrucción de los textiles usados por los diaguitas chilenos, de los cuales no se tiene información en el registro arqueológico. | es-ES |
